Codicom is a closed user group. Only medical professionals registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and their authorized employees may access the platform.

To subscribe, complete all the required information on the registration page of our website. A confirmation link will be sent to your nominated email address. Click the link to activate your login. Once logged in, you will be directed to the subscription page to process payment. Once payment is completed, your account is activated immediately, and you can start using the platform.

Each subscription includes access for three users. The practice owner has administrative rights and can grant access to two additional team members. Typically, the receptionist (who assesses patient appointments) and the accounts person (who manages listings and collections) are granted access.

If your practice needs more than three users, you can send a request explaining your requirements to accounts@codicom.co.za. If approved, an invoice for R684.25 (incl. VAT) per additional user will be issued. Once payment has cleared, additional access will be granted, and you will be notified to authorize the new users.

Subscriptions are valid for one year from the date of initial registration. For example, if you subscribe on March 1, 2025, renewal will be required by March 1, 2026.

A renewal reminder will be sent to your nominated email one week before your subscription expires.

No. Sharing login details is strictly prohibited as per our terms and conditions. This policy is in place to maintain platform integrity. If a healthcare practitioner is found sharing login details, their access will be revoked without a refund, and Codicom reserves the right to take legal action.
